Nithya John, PA-C

Originally from Northern Virginia, Nithya John moved to Lynchburg in 2023 to attend the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Lynchburg. Before entering PA school, she gained valuable hands-on clinical experience working in dermatology and physical therapy settings, where she served as a medical assistant and physical therapy aide. These roles gave her a strong, well-rounded foundation in patient care and deepened her passion for helping others.

Nithya is especially interested in primary care and preventive medicine. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them in achieving healthy, balanced lifestyles.



Outside of clinical practice, Nithya enjoys running, cooking and baking, playing the piano, trying new crafts, and spending quality time with friends and family.
